**** The Petco stores in the "Grey"ter Phoenix area have graciously partnered with Racing Home Greyhound Adoption and are hosting a "Meet & Greet" at Tatum and Bell the first Saturday of every month we do not have another event planned. Typically these are from 1 to 4 PM, though some months we may come early or leave before 4 if it is slow. Usually if something is planned it will be posted. **** **** Greyhound Walks The next walk will be Sunday, May 2nd at Encanto park at 8:00 am. This park is located on Encanto Blvd which is between Thomas and McDowell. The parking lot is between 7th Avenue and 15th Avenue. This provides easy access from both I-10 and I-17. Come on out and enjoy the beautiful weather this weekend! The following month we will walk on Saturday, June 5th at 7:30 am. We will try this walk at the Gilbert Riparian Preserve located at Greenfield and Guadalupe roads. The 110-acre Riparian Preserve at Water Ranch is located at 2757 E. Guadalupe Road east of Greenfield Road, next to the Southeast Regional Library in Gilbert, Arizona. The park infomation along with a map is located here

	We have been asked to attend this gathering, which last year had over 200 hounds and 300 humans in attendance. That is one of the highest counts for a single day greyhound gathering in California !
